Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply to duckinlabs.com and to every app and service built by DuckIn Labs, including Sign in with Google on them and any we launch in the future (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

If a DuckIn Labs app publishes its own terms or privacy policy, those apply to that app and take precedence over these where they differ.

2. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you use the Services for an organisation, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. Your account

Some Services need an account, which you create with Sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.

4. Free, non-commercial services

The Services are free and run as independent side projects. We may add, change, limit or stop any feature or Service at any time. If we plan to shut down a Service that holds your data, we'll try to give you reasonable notice so you can export it.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• break the law or violate other people's rights while using the Services;
• try to access accounts or data that aren't yours;
• probe, scan, overload or attack the Services, or get around their security or rate limits;
• use bots or scrapers in ways that harm the Services;
• upload malware or anything harmful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content

You own the data you put into the Services, such as your records and notes. Where a Service saves it in your Google Drive, it stays in your Drive and you stay in control of it. You give us permission to store and process your data only so we can run the Services for you. We don't claim ownership of it and we don't use it for anything else. How we handle it is explained in the Privacy Policy.

7. Our content

The DuckIn Labs name, the duck mascot, logos, illustrations and website design belong to DuckIn Labs. Please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you without asking first.

8. Not professional advice

Our Services help you record and review information, such as your money or your plans. They don't give financial, legal, tax or career advice. Check important numbers and decisions yourself.

9. No warranty

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise they'll be uninterrupted, error-free or that data will never be lost. Please keep your own copies of anything important, for example with the export features.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, DuckIn Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the Services. Because the Services are free, our total liability for any claim is limited to IDR 100,000.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the Services and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we shut down a Service.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let signed-in users know inside the Service. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Indonesia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

14. Language

These terms are available in English and Indonesian. If the two versions differ, the Indonesian version prevails.
